Frequently Asked Questions

Q. Where can I see a Nalco Utility bed?
A. Call us to schedule a visit, we can many times bring the complete setup to you.

We'll also be at the Mississippi Valley Machinery Show in St. Louis at the Convention Center on December 7th and 8th. Visit us at Booth 1970.

Also find us in February at the GCSAA International Conference & Show in Atlanta, Georgia.

Q. How hard is the utility bed to mount?
A. The bed is very easy to mount, on the Gator 4x2, simply drill four holes with the supplied template, mount and secure the bed and you're done. The bed uses the existing connecting rod. On the Cub Cadet, Kawasaki, and Gator 6x4, there are no holes to drill, two bolts are included to secure the bed, remove the existing bed and replace with the Nalco Utility bed!

Q. If I decide to trade my vehicle for another, can I put the original bed back on the unit.
A. Of course, the only modifications are the holes drilled on the 4x2 which are recovered upon returning the original bed to the unit.

Q. Are the bed compartments secure?
A. Yes, the compartments on both sides of the bed are equipped with keyed locks for securing your equipment or other valuables.

Q. Will a snow plow still fit on the unit after attaching the bed?
A. Yes.

Q. Can I put a Curtis cab on my Gator with the Nalco Utility bed?
A. Yes.

Q. Are there safety lights available for the unit?
A. Yes, we can provide yellow flashing safety lights and installation instructions for your Nalco Utility bed.

Q. When will the Kawasaki Mule utility bed be available?
A. We expect the Nalco Utility bed for the Mule to be ready by December 1st.

Q. Do you offer additional Nalco utility bed colors?
A. Yes, on the 6x4 Trailblazer, we paint the beds in a camoflauged and the compartments are designed for gun racks.

Q. Who does the fabrication?
A. Quincy Metal Fabricators located in Quincy, Illinois.
